Thanks to a prestigious collaboration with the Institute for Biomedical Research and Innovation (IRIB-CNR) from Palermo, the company has published numerous scientific articles in the best journals and participated in important international conferences.
The purpose of these projects is to create high quality gluten-free flours and baked goods containing healthy, nutritional and functional ingredients for the health and well-being of our body.
